Returns/Exchanges

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 days business days from placing the order. Shipping and tracking information will be emailed to the customer after purchase has been completed. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your jewelry, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 14 days of purchase. Please reach out to us at angie@revesjewels.com for additional help and detailed instructions on how to initiate a return or exchange.

Refunds will be given within 7-10 business days of receiving the return. Please note that personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

Taxes/Duties 

Please note that international orders may incur taxes and duties, which are not included in our prices. Sales tax (where applicable) and shipping costs will be added at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes. If these fees aren’t paid, the package will be returned to us, and we’ll issue a refund minus shipping costs.
